In Week 2, four teams from Pimpama SSC competed in the Indoor Netball Tournament at Springwood.
The Yr 7/8 Performance Squad finished 3rd in Pool A after a nail-biting match against Keebra, narrowly missing the finals with a score of 9-10.
The girls were outstanding, demonstrating excellent skill throughout the competition.
The Yr 7/8 Development Squad in Pool B, composed entirely of Year 7 students, played valiantly but fell to Helensvale and Rochedale.
Despite the losses, their work ethic on the court was exceptional.
The Yr 7/8 Team in Pool C had their best performance yet, showing improved teamwork and implementing effective attack strategies!
The Yr 9/10 Mixed Team secured a spot in the Grand Final, defeating Springwood 12-8 in an impressive comeback after an earlier loss to the same team.
The students exhibited grit, determination, and enhanced communication throughout the day.
